Our current hourly rate is $90.00.

Typically, our proposals are given with an "estimated fee". If the scope of work is not definable, an initial fee based on time and materials will be used until the design and scope of work is established.

Retainers and/or other advanced fees will be determined at the time a proposal is given.

Reimbursement for costs include such things as:
CAD plots, prints and digital archives.
Scanning, and other service bureau work.
Bulk mailing or shipping of plans. Courier services.

Initial consultations: There will be a fee of $100 for Sonoma County residents and $150 for Marin County for an initial site visit to go over the program, talk about ideas and budgets etc. for about an hour. If the projects go forward, that fee will be deducted from the first invoice. Projects outside of these Counties will be negotiated.

A formal written agreement must be in place for every project.

All plan check corrections that require additional information will be charged at the hourly rate.
